Diary: March 22, 2010 (DAY 12)

I'm feeling very lazy today. I really had to push myself to exercise tonight. I opted for yoga since it's relaxing, yet a great workout.

EXERCISE: Wii Fit Yoga - 35 minutes

FOOD:
Breakfast:
2 bowls Honey Nut Cheerios
3 tbsp. skim milk
1 cup coffee + 2 tbsp. half and half

Lunch:
1 cheese enchilada

Dinner:
Slice of Vegetable lasagna

Dessert/Snack:
Strawberry Shortcake (1 slice angel food cake + 1.5 fresh strawberries + dallop low fat whipped cream)
Lowfat yogurt
