Diary: March 15, 2010 (DAY 5)

I'm still sore. Above all, my biggest obstale to overcome is drinking enough water. Tonight I feel majorly dehydrated. I think I had ONE glass of water today and that's just not enough. I'm making the judgement call to rehydrate and exercise tomorrow, or I could seriously injure myself.

EXERCISE: None (Repairing Dehydration)

FOOD:
Breakfast:
1 bowl Cheerios
2 tbsp. 2% milk
1/2 Red Machine Naked Juice Smoothie
1 cup coffee + 2tbsp. half & half

Lunch:
1 Banquet beef pot pie

Dinner:
1 1/2 slices pizza

Dessert: 1 small cupcake (dad's birthday)
