Diary: March 18, 2010 (DAY 8)

Tonight was kind of a bust. It took me three hours to get my hair done and I still hadn't eaten at that point. There was no way I could eat and still have time to exercise, so I just gave myself a freebie.

Breakfast:
2 Bowls of Cheerios
1/2 Red Machine Naked Juice Smoothie
2 cups coffee + 3 tbsp. half & half

LUNCH:
Stone Oven BBQ Chicken Sandwich minus cheese & bacon

DINNER:
Lean Cuisine Pizza Snack Rolls

DESSERT:
2 cups fat free ice cream
