Diary: November 17, 2009

So today was a fairly ordinary day, if you consider mad amounts of work, one sick baby, and one kindergartener who doesn't like to follow directions.  But I digress...  Here's how my day went.

Exercise:
Jogging: 2.5 miles (Hilly terrain)

Food:
2 bowls of Honey Nut Cheerios
1 cup of coffee with 2 tablespoons of Half and Half
1 slice of lowfat lemon loaf
1 big bowl of Potato-Spinach-Artichoke Soup
1 small slice of Garlic Toast

What I did right:
Exercise
Fiber in the Cheerios
Lots of veggies for dinner

What I did wrong:
Almost everything I ate before dinnertime

Accomplishments:
My run was the same length as the last one, but it had more uphill stretches

Challenges:
Breathing - Asthma really knocked me for a loop tonight

Plan for tomorrow:
Eat better!!!
Do a light weight routine

Let Me Introduce Myself

Hi, I'm Cristen, and I used to be fat.  Okay, fatter.  I have always felt that pictures say a thousand words, so let me introduce you to my past self in all my glory.

So what do I look like now, 24 pounds heavier than the May 2009 picture?  My 2009 Halloween costume will have to tell the tale for now, at least until I can convince me better half to take a new BEFORE picture.
